Hi, I’m Nadia, the person behind Northlight Admin.

I started working as a virtual assistant in 2019 and quickly realized how much I genuinely enjoy behind-the-scenes work. Organization, systems, and office support have always come naturally to me, and over time that work grew into something I could truly call my own.

Now, as a mother of two little ones, this work allows me to support my family while also having the flexibility to be present for the moments that matter most. Creating Northlight Admin was my way of stepping outside the traditional 9–5 and building a career that aligns with both my skills and my life.

My husband and I have called Williston, North Dakota home since 2019, and this business has given me the opportunity to work with clients locally and beyond — helping small businesses stay organized, efficient, and supported.

I love what I do, and I’m incredibly grateful to be able to use the skills I’ve built over the years to help others while providing for my family.
